2015/16 – Lyon International Airport, France: Technical Advisor to SDG/Ferrovial for Concession Bid
Re-development of Terminals 1 & 2 to meet demand from 8.4mppa to 18mppa for 30-year concession including terminal planning and landside re-planning. The project included existing asset assessment, capacity calculations of existing assets, sizing calculations for all facilities to 2047, concept designs for new terminals/piers/satellites, airport master plan to 2047, capex forecast for all developments until 2047, maintenance capex forecast for existing facilities and new developments until 2047, Red flag and final reports.
