2011 - Jeddah International Airport: New MRO Base for Saudi Arabian Airlines - Review for Arabtec Design & Construction Bid

• Review tender documents, drawings & specifications
• Advise on the functional design & planning of all the facilities including line maintenance & heavy maintenance hangars, workshops, etc.
• Prepare method statement for the design development, design management, reporting structure & key resource input for the Technical Submission document.
• Co-ordinate specialist sub consultants input & determine management structure
• Evaluate the floor area requirements & prepare functional planning & 3D drawings
• Advise on the construction design & appropriateness for the environmental conditions
• Present the technical design & management team to the Client & provide supporting qualifying information
