  • Analysis of passenger flow for Schengen and Non-Schengen passengers and segregation of departing and arriving pax
  • Structural assessment of link building between T2 and T3 for future expansion of Duty free
  • Assignment of revenue to each retail offer and determination of revenue “hotspots”
  • Re-modeling of whole airside departure concourse to create improved retail offer, larger Duty Free, segregated departure and arrival routes & new security control checks
