Specialist consultancy advice on the airports proposals for a dedicated LCC facility for Schengen and Non-Schengen pax . The study involved the review of the proposed re-modelling of the existing historic terminal and the construction of a new pier. Review included asset assessment, area sizing and processing calculations, processing analysis and planning of commercial offers, baggage handling and GIS.
